How long can I wait to return an item?
- You have up to 30 days to submit a return through our customer service email. Please provide your order number in the subject. In order for us to help the best we can please refer to what can be accepted as a return under our polices page.
My item came broken, what can I do?
- Send us an email as soon as possible with your order number and any pictures showing damage. Anything damaged during transit can receive a partial refund. Packages are safely wrapped and securely. If the item breaks not during transit, and instead broke on accident then it is not covered. Please handle each piece carefully as it is made of glass and can break regardless of thickness. There are no exceptions.
Shipping hasn't updated, or hasn't been scanned in what do I do?
- If there are any delays to your order, we will email you to keep you updated on any delays. Tracking can take up to 7 days at peak times to scan in. If it has not scanned in or shown movement send a email over to us so we can help you out.
